Tiffany is a life-sized silicone head and can be combined with all life-sized body styles by Climax Doll, as well silicone bodies (= full silicone doll) as TPE bodies (= hybrid doll configuration). Also, this applies to most of the current TPE and silicone torsos by Climax Doll which have a head connector.
According to the specs, Tiffany features a movable jaw, "real oral sex", and a "simulated scalp wig".

Irontech Doll/Real Lady R2
Hi,
Irontech Doll respectively Real Lady introduced a new female head called R2:
R2 was introduced together with the RL-S162/H body style by Real Lady. It is a life-sized silicone head and can be combined with all life-sized body styles by Real Lady; R2 is probably compatible with the Irontech Doll body styles as well, though this has not yet been confirmed.
The R2 head seems to be a regular silicone head without ROS upgrades like a movable jaw.
