SE Doll introduced a new head called Avery (= SE no. 131):

Avery is a life-sized TPE head. This head can be combined with all life-sized TPE dolls by SE Doll.

According to specs, SE no. 131 is a regular TPE head with a 15 cm (5.9 in) oral canal facing upwards into the skull. It does not have a movable jaw or other ROS-style upgrades like built-in teeth.

WM Doll respectively Jinsan Dolls introduced a new female anime/manga head with the label Y013:

Y013 is a life-sized head and can be combined with the new WM-T160 body style. Possibly it also matches with other life-sized body style by WM Doll, WM Dolls, YL Doll, OR Doll, Jinsan Dolls etc., but we do not have confirmation for this yet.

Also noteworthy is that the material used for this head is currently unknown respectively unspecified. Based on a short video clip, the head is not solid TPE or silicone but a hollow shell. It looks a bit like a 3D printed head from the inside, and there are tacks visible. This could indicate a design similar to the anime/manga heads by Happy Doll which are covered with fabric. The same as for the material applies to the eyes: Material and size is currently unknown respectively unspecified; WM says: "It should be about 4.5~5CM, and it looks like 5cm".

One of the characteristics of anime/manga style heads is the small mouth; because of this, anime/manga style heads usually do not have a mouth cavity. My guess is that this applies to Y013 as well, so probably no oral sex with your anime girl.

XT Doll introduced a new female head. Her name is Eleanor (= XT-S6):

Eleanor is a medium- to life-sized silicone head and can be combined with all life-sized body styles by XT Doll, as well silicone bodies (= full silicone doll) as TPE bodies (= hybrid doll configuration).

According to the specs, Eleanor does not features an (optional) movable jaw.

HR Doll introduced a new head called R5 aka ›Kinsley‹:

Kinsley is a silicone head. It is not HR's first silicone model - there are silicone variants of HR's TPE heads #49, #55, #56, and #58 - but it is their first dedicated silicone head.

This head can be combined with all life-sized TPE or silicone bodies by 6Ye Premium and HR Doll.

The Kinsley head features ROS upgrades like a movable jaw and built-in teeth. According to specs, the oral cavity has a depth of 13 cm.

The 6Ye no. 173 head is a life-sized TPE head. This head can be combined with all life-sized TPE or silicone bodies by 6Ye Premium and HR Doll.

This head is not specified as ROS head; however, it still seems to have a movable jaw and built-in teeth - or the photographer is playing other tricks:

The Kiko head does not feature ROS upgrades like built-in teeth or a movable jaw, but it can be made either in a more firm or a more soft silicone material..

No. 77 is a life-sized TPE head and can be combined with all life-sized body styles by 6Ye Premium and HR Doll.

The no. 77 head does not feature ROS upgrades like built-in teeth or a movable jaw.
